Founded in 1791, its history is marked by remarkable timepieces that combine technical and aesthetic mastery. Some of the most innovative designs and movements first created in the 19th century, such as the tourbillon with three gold Bridges—Girard-Perregaux’s icon—are still being made today. Girard-Perregaux has always been committed to innovation. The manufacture has registered more than 100 patents in the field of watchmaking. The Swiss workshops bring together many different skills, in order to develop and conceive a complete portfolio of top-of-the-range movements and mechanical watch collections.
