A cantilevered desk, tufted George Smith lounge chair, and gold-framed photograph from Hendrik Kerstens add an artful touch. Under the guidance of acclaimed U.K. chef Jason Atherton, the culinary venues embody founder Ian Schrager’s  socially focused ethos, offering seasonal, contemporary British cuisine at Berners Tavern and specialty cocktails in the Punch Room bar, a modern reincarnation of London’s 19th-century private clubs.
