Surface is seeking an ambitious Digital Marketplace Manager to grow a new web-based marketplace and sourcebook for the design-obsessed. This is a sales and marketing opportunity for someone looking for a dynamic, fast-paced role.

Business Development

• Introduce new digital product offering to the market, including new and existing clients
• Demonstrate value of new offering through analytics and metrics to convert new business
• Report on results and develop models for revenue growth
• Think creatively about ways to diversify marketplace services and grow the platform
• Work with digital marketing director to integrate product offerings into other Surface services

Skills

• Focused selling process, comfortable cold-calling new business
• Excellent in New Business Development
• Opportunity identification
• Ability to reach key decision makers
• Adept at market analysis and strategies (keep on top of industry movements)
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
