1. Louisiana mosaic pattern, Bisazza
Created by celebrated Italian designer Alessandro Mendini for the Bisazza Decorations Modern mosaic collection, this arrangement of tiny glass tiles doubles as a trippy rainbow fade.
2. Catwalk upholstery, Knoll Textiles
To celebrate its 70th anniversary and Florence Knoll’s founding vision of modern design, Knoll Textiles gave a selection of its classic patterns a contemporary twist—resulting in designs like Catwalk, inspired by Knoll Irish Tweed and Kincaid, both launched in 1978.
3. P05 Ready or not (Dornik sketches), Henzel Studio
Henzel Studio’s latest collection features floor coverings by Calle Henzel, the Swedish manufacturer’s founder and creative director, including this hand-knotted bamboo silk rug.
4. Chess Table, Moooi
Perfect for playing games or holding a drink, this checkered side table was created by the trio of women behind the Swedish design group Front.
5. Place mats in printed paper, Hermès
Launching this fall, illustrator Gianpaolo Pagni’s latest collection of printed paper includes these versatile place mats, covered in chains, miniature horses, and tangled H’s.
6. Marquetry wallpaper, NLXL
Amsterdam-based designer Thomas Eurlings created this carnation-colored wallpaper, using century-old woodcutting techniques as inspiration.
7. Pixel sofa, Zuzunaga
Part of Cristian Zuzunaga’s psychedelic Pixel Series, this aptly named sofa features a removable Kvadrat cover.
