Luxury conglomerate LVMH has released a shortlist of 21 fashion designers for its annual LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers. The up-and-comers will be evaluated by a jury of the industry’s leaders, including Nicolas Ghesquière, Riccardo Tisci, and Delphine Arnault.

New renderings have been released for a mixed-used development in downtown Detroit, designed by New York-based SHoP Architects in tandem with local firm Hamilton Anderson Associates. “The driving force behind our design for the Hudson’s site is to create a building that speaks to the rebirth of optimism in the city’s future and an experiential destination that positively impacts Detroit in a meaningful way,” said SHoP principal William Sharples.
